  • Develop and maintain applications and systems for CNC automation, manufacturing efficiency, and web-based reporting tools
  • Develop and maintain Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) standard of measurement and reporting system
  • Drive daily corrective action and continuous improvement efforts to sustain the elimination of equipment and systems DOWNTIME
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve digital manufacturing systems
  • Support the integration of new technology including automation and robotics into fabrication, production assembly, and materials processes
  • Develop and maintain Oracle Database queries and procedures for manufacturing automation.
  • Prepare work instructions, procedures, JSAs, capability charts and supporting documents as needed to support the execution of automation and manufacturing systems
  • Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity


  • Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming and web interface integration
  • Working knowledge of PL/SQL programming language
  • ERP system knowledge at an intermediate to advanced level
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and CAM software
  • Knowledge of formal Continuous Improvement, Problem-Solving and/or Lean Manufacturing tools
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Ability to think spatially and creatively at an advanced level
  • Must display good organization and communication skills


  • Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Technology or a related field is required
  • 3 to 5 years minimum of applicable programming experience in an object-oriented language and web page development are required
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operation system administration is preferred
  • Experience with AutoCAD and PTC Creo applications is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle ERP systems is preferred
